Birds will be frozen and in shrink style bags.
Weight Range of Approximately 5.5lb-7.5lb
Raised on pasture in our chicken tractor moved daily onto fresh grass.
How the Pre-order works.
- You purchase a Chicken before hand. (This allows us to have an idea come butcher day how many birds to let whole when processing)
- We will have a scheduled day that we butcher the chicken here on the homestead. (We try to butcher just a few days before pick-up date to have them as fresh as possible)
- Come on our scheduled pick-up day and take home a fresh frozen whole chicken.
